Physician Assistant (Urology)
The Urology Physician Assistant is responsible for managing patients with emergent and/or urgent medical complaints in an clinical setting. Management is achieved through assessment, planning, implementation, collaboration and evaluation to meet the needs of patients. The Physician Assistant provides patient and family teaching, staff education; consults and collaborates with other health care providers; prescribes medications and adjunctive modalities; and refers patients.
