Oncology Social Worker (LCSW) - Simms Mann Center, San Luis Obispo
DescriptionUnder supervision of the Director and Simms Mann Center leadership, the Oncology Social Worker functions as a team member of the Simms Mann Center that provides comprehensive psychosocial care to patients with cancer and their families.  They will provide case-management, assess psychosocial needs, and provide individual, group and family counseling.  They will also serve in a patient advocate role for California End of Life Act as per UCLA policy.
