A 25-bed, not-for-profit critical access that provides high-quality care to Southwestern Colorado is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join their established team. Outpatient only with option for inpatient and/or hospitalist work.

Enjoy a work-life balance with proximity to outstanding outdoor recreation and must-visit places like Durango, Telluride, and Moab.

The Opportunity:

$300,000+ Total Compensation - Guaranteed Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Bonuses as well as a $130,000 Recruitment Package to include relocation, sign on bonus, and student loan repayment

4-Day Work Week - Outpatient only with the flexibility to make the schedule you desire!

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, 403b Retirement Plan, Malpractice with Tail Coverage, 20 days of PTO, 5 days of CME and a CME allowance

On-site specialists for cardiology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, & urology along with clinic NP?s

Be located less than an hour from Durango and 1-1.5 hours from Telluride and Moab - direct flight to Denver, Phoenix, and Dallas from the Durango airport!

Wineries, breweries, farmers markets, and farm to table restaurants within driving distance
