Physical Therapist (Clinical Specialist - Pelvic Health Physical)
Incumbent is responsible to function as a member of the Physical Therapy department. The Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist (Pelvic Rehab and Women's Health) serves as a consultant, clinician, and subject matter expert for the treatment of patients in both Outpatient and Inpatient Physical Therapy at the AK VAMC, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Coordinates the scheduling, evaluation, and treatment of Pelvic Rehab and Women's Health Physical Therapy consults at VAPHS. He/she may be assigned supervising responsibilities over physical therapist assistants appointed to these clinics. Additional assignments may include Acting Lead Therapist in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Section during the absence of the Outpatient
