As a Senior Manager of Pharmacy and Purchasing Product Development you will work closely with the Director to define and manage the roadmap to improve sourcing and dispensing of pharmaceuticals, labs services, and supplies for dialysis organizations, particularly home programs. The Senior Manager will also be charged with defining the roadmap and commercializing pharmacy related patient support services to improve patient experience and adherence. Ad part of the CVS Kidney Care teams, you will directly partner with executives and teams across the enterprise including procurement, Caremark PBM, retail pharmacy and specialty pharmacy to adapt enterprise products and leverage enterprise assets for our renal patient population.
Additional Responsible of the Senior Manager of Pharmacy and Purchasing Product Developments include but are not limited to: - Define patient and clinic experience to identify customer needs and problems - Develop business cases and define product roadmap for pharmacy and purchasing services - Test concepts in market and quarterback delivery of product, partnering with enterprise stakeholders for implementation - Deliver executive updates on development progress and commercialization opportunities
Required Qualifications - 8+ years of healthcare experience with experience in the pharmacy industry - 5+ years of product development experience
