This position is located within Renal Transplant Program at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The incumbent serves the Renal Transplant Program and is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the administrative, clinical operations and appointment scheduling of the organization. The incumbent performs duties related to the receipt, intake, and indexing of health and administrative information. He/she is responsible and accountable for a variety of technical work of a medical nature and provides care to patients scheduled for treatment of illness, preventive health care, and pre- and post-operative care. He or she needs to have knowledge of and ability to carry out assigned patient care duties. Reports directly to the clinic supervisor and physician to assist him/her in providing a wide variety of skilled technical care to adult/geriatric transplant patients in an outpatient setting. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
